Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as the order hasn't entered processing or shipping. Email contact@okvella.shop with the subject "Cancellation Request", your order number and the items to cancel.

An order is cancelled only once we confirm it in writing. Requests sent outside business hours are reviewed the next business day. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 days to the original payment method.

Changes to product, size, color, quantity or shipping address are allowed within the same 12-hour window.

okvella may cancel an order for stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, suspected fraud or non-US addresses.
