Payment Policy

Checkout runs on Shopify's secure system (HTTPS/TLS, PCI DSS compliant). okvella never stores full card numbers. Transactions are in USD, and taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Cartes Bancaires, Mastercard, Shop Pay and Visa. We don't accept cash, checks, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Payments may be verified, and orders may be delayed or cancelled if a payment can't be verified or fraud is suspected. Pricing errors may be corrected, with cancellation and a full refund.

Refunds go to the original payment method only, within 7 days of approval. For chargebacks, please contact contact@okvella.shop first so we can help.
