Warranty Policy

okvella provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

Remedy

We repair or replace the defective product or part at no cost. If it's unavailable, we provide a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Not covered

Normal wear; misuse; accidents; neglect; improper storage; unauthorized repairs; products bought from resellers; unapproved expenses. Also excluded: damage from liquid immersion or spills on electronic units; use with a power adapter we didn't supply; wear items such as fabric mask straps and ear tips; and cosmetic wear to fabric or finishes.

How to claim

Email contact@okvella.shop with the subject "Warranty Claim", your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days and pay return and replacement shipping on approved claims.
