Where we ship

okvella ships to United States addresses only. We do not offer international shipping.

Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum.

All orders ship from our US warehouse at 705 Austin Ln, McKinney, TX 75071, USA.

Processing and transit

Processing takes 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 5–8 business days. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM ET.

Carriers

USPS, UPS or FedEx, chosen by location and package size.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking updates appear within 24–48 hours.

Address changes

Request changes within 12 hours of ordering, before processing begins, at contact@okvella.shop.

Damaged or lost packages

Contact us right away at contact@okvella.shop. We'll work with the carrier to send a replacement or issue a refund.
