Where do you ship, and how much is it?

United States addresses only. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

5–8 business days in total: 2–3 business days to process your order, then 3–5 business days in transit. Orders ship from our McKinney, TX warehouse. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM ET.

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, clean and in their original packaging. We send a free prepaid label and charge no restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 7 days of approval to your original payment method.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of ordering if it hasn't entered processing. Email contact@okvella.shop with the subject 'Cancellation Request'.

What does the warranty cover?

A 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We repair or replace at no cost and pay shipping on approved claims.

Do the devices need a subscription?

No. All sounds and features are included, and there is no subscription.
